Plantation
Agarwood/ Oud comes from Aquilaria species of trees. It’s so rare that make it a precious tree. Its wild resource is almost depleted and since 1995 it has been listed in Appendix II (potentially threatened species) by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. But the demand for Oud/Agarwood is in all time high. This led to the cultivation of Aquilaria tress.
WEFIVE group distributes Oud related products in GCC countries. Now the group has entered into plantation sector with one of the largest oud plantations in the country. Highest quality oud is sourced from their plantations situated in their home country, India. The group also aims to increase the quality standards of products by extracting it from own plantation.
